FAQ

  • When will I receive my order?
    The processing of your order is between 1 - 2 days and the delivery time is between 7-9 business days for UK, Australia and Europe. For the USA the delivery time is between 4-6 business days. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.
  • How much is shipping ?
    We deliver our products all over the world. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all of our deliveries are free
  • My order is not complete
    If your order includes multiple items, these may be shipped separately, depending on available stock and shipping warehouses. Do not worry, your package will arrive shortly.
  • I did not receive my order
    A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken, destroyed package? With our secure delivery, Felita Shop takes care of disputes for you. The satisfaction of our customers is our priority. We do not blame the courier and we do not let you "fend for yourself". We assume full responsibility. After investigation, we will immediately resend you a new package at our expense.   • Can I modify my order?
    Yes, as long as your order is not "being processed". But send a us a quick email at felita.ethical@gmail.com, so we can check the status of the order for you.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    It is quite possible to cancel your order! If the order is already being prepared, the cancellation fee will, however, be 40% of the purchase price. Do not hesitate to contact us by email at felita.ethical@gmail.com: our team will do their best to meet your needs!
  • I want to return an item
    We are only able to accept a return in the event of a proven defect in the product. If you simply wants to return a product without any legitimate issues with the product itself, you would be responsible for the return shipping fees. However, if the item you received was damaged or not matching the description on our site, it is fair to request that we pay for the shipping fees.
